Pay Equity Exercise – 2016-2021
|
Concordia University completed its pay equity maintenance exercise for the 2016–2021 period. Since the employer chose to carry out this exercise without a joint committee, we must now assess the result to ensure it complies with the Pay Equity Act.
To help us gather the necessary information and better defend our rights, we are asking for a few minutes of your time to complete a short questionnaire about changes that may have affected pay equity between April 1, 2016, and March 31, 2021:

Ideally, a deadline to complete the survey would be Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026.
Please note that there are no personal questions included in the questionnaire. We are only collecting information related to the nature of your work at Concordia during this period. Your participation is essential and will greatly strengthen our ability to conduct a thorough evaluation of the employer’s exercise.
With your help, we hope to make sure your work is properly recognized and that pay equity is fully upheld for all members.
