Dear Members I hope this finds you well. We are through the winter yet challenges still abound: snow, cold temperatures and a sense of uncertainty at the University. We are living in challenging times! But, rest assured, the Executive is working hard to prepare for the Spring. Some things we have been working on as a Team:
|
- Accompanying members, when necessary, to Employment and Labour Relations (ELR)
- Holding negotiation prep meetings for our next round of negotiations
- Moving forward with grievances (setting up arbitration dates, negotiating settlements, etc.)
- Keeping our promise to ensure that we have policies in place that protect all of us!

To those who will be leaving us in the first round of the VRP, we thank you and we wish you the best in your next stage of life!
