It has been quite a year! All of us have been through our share of changes, challenges (opportunities) and happy moments. Let's get together and share an evening to kick off the holiday season with a little party.
This year the dinner will be at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in the Agora/Centre Ville room on the main floor. All you need to do is pick your main course and send us a tune you would like to hear during the evening and we will do our best to make your night one to remember. IMPORTANT: Please list your dietary restrictions and/or allergies in the appropriate field. E.g. – Vegan and allergic to avocado, Allergy to nuts, Celiac, Cannot eat anything green (haha), etc.
All attendees will receive (2) drink tickets for the evening. There will also be wine served during dinner service.

N.B. - CUPEU “No Show Policy”
CUPEU would like to raise awareness to the financial impact when a member is a “No Show” to an event. When organizing a large scale event, we must confirm the number of attendees, the food and beverage quantities, and other items weeks prior to the event. As there are significant costs associated with this, CUPEU would like to ensure that every seat is filled. When a member does not attend and does so without notice, CUPEU still pays for that meal.
Therefore, when a member submits an RSVP to an event but is a No Show without sending regrets, the member will automatically be placed at the end of the waitlist for the following event to which they register. The member will be advised in writing to this effect. The waitlist process will only be applied to the following event to which the member registers. Repeat offenders will continue to receive this penalty.
Also, please note that due to room restrictions, there will be a waitlist for this event once we reach capacity. You will be advised of changes as things develop.We look forward to seeing you all there!
