Ratification Assembly Reminder

Thanks again to all of you on a job well done. Your resolve, support and active participation made this progress possible.

We will have our ratification assembly, on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, from 2:00PM-5:00PM at the Conference Center in Cour Mont-Royal, 2200 Mansfield Street!

Members will have to work four hours that day and will have three hours for the Assembly. Please be sure to sign in on arrival.
|
After the information session, you will be asked to cast your vote. Votes will be counted immediately following the voting period. Members are invited to stay and witness the ballot counting process and then to learn the results.
|
A bus will be arriving at Loyola at 1:15PM at 7141 Sherbrooke and will be leaving at 1:30PM. After the meeting a bus will bring Loyola members back.
