FP-CSN held its 42e Congrès June 3rd to June 7th 2024 at Estrimont. Here is a summary of the main take-aways for our members.
|
|
Grass roots organizations have a recurring mission of reinventing themselves. Aside from finding new causes and coming up with innovative strategies, engaging the next generation of leaders is a critical component of our struggle. It is crucial that we all continue to strive for the all important goals of organizing ourselves and bringing truth to power.
|
Workers, and in our case, Professionals, have more power when we find common causes and pool our resources and power to negotiate as a single voice. Organizations like FP, CSN and others are there to support and empower their members. The fight for justice is won one battle at a time and never truly over. With that said, it is important to remember that in this fight, we are not alone.
