Thinking about taking that online workshop or that magazine that would give insight to your CU job if you had a subscription? The CUPEU Professional Development fund can help, if you're eligible!
The PD Round 3 application period starts next Monday and ends on December 2, 2020 at 5 p.m. (this is firm). In light of the pandemic, note that:

- the Professional Development Committee will adhere to the university's position on work-related travel for staff.
- the fund does not cover equipment-related expenses, per article 10.12.b. If you need office equipment for your work-from-home situation, contact your supervisor.

As we continue to work through the winter semester, CUPEU would like to check-in with the membership and see how its doing by way of a survey. Results from April's survey were useful for labour relations meetings (confirming the membership's collective concerns and ensuring they were addressed), so updated results will be helpful for future meetings. Keep an eye out for next week's newsletter!
