Hybrid Work at Concordia

Is your workplace fair? Will you tell Concordia and UQAM researchers about your experiences?

Do you work remotely, hybrid, in an office, at various worksites, or even on-the-go? If so, our research team at Concordia University and Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) would like to speak with you.

Our study explores experiences of fairness and unfairness at work. We would like to hear your perspective and stories related to this matter. By participating, you will contribute to advancing knowledge that can inform recommendations about revising organizational practices and policies, and hopefully a fairer workplace for all.

Participation will involve a face-to-face or online interview that will take approximately one-hour and will be scheduled at your convenience. Your participation is voluntary and confidential.
