The Quebec government's plan to hike tuition for out-of-province students has caused an uproar! Hundreds of students from Quebec universities are expected to skip class and march through the streets on October 30th.

The one-day strike action starts at Dorchester Square at 1pm and culminates at McGill University's Roddick Gates. CUPEU is sending an informal delegation during their lunch hour; feel free to join us on yours!

The Negotiations Committee has had four meetings so far with a fifth planned for Wednesday, November 1st. At this time, things are moving forward smoothly.
