While we've been in contact with IITS on the matter before, it seems that it's not been fully resolved and there's not much we can do, so we'd appreciate your help by emailing IITS at help@concordia.ca to let them know that you haven't been seeing CUPEU newsletters in your regular / Focus inbox.
