Bonus PD Round
In light of the pandemic, the Professional Development committee has agreed to the Executive Committee's request to hold another application round for the Professional Development fund.

We encourage eligible members to take this opportunity to apply. This is your chance to use up to $4,757.10 to enhance your professional skills. Here's a quick list of what members have been approved for:

- online conferences / workshops / courses
- books / magazine subscriptions / software
- membership / association dues
The deadline to submit applications is Wednesday, April 7 at 5 p.m., please note that:

- members who received PD funding between May 2020 and April 2021 are not eligible for this bonus round.
- the Professional Development Committee will adhere to the university's position on work-related travel for staff.
- the fund does not cover equipment-related expenses, per article 10.12.b. If you are in need of office equipment to optimize your work-from-home situation, this is a matter to discuss your supervisor.
