Bonus Professional Development Round
We encourage eligible members to take this opportunity to apply for activities taking place between the second week of April to the second week of July. This is your chance to use up to $4,757.10 to develop your professional skills. Here's a quick list of what members have been approved for:

- conferences / workshops / courses
- books / magazine subscriptions / software
- membership / association dues
The deadline to submit applications is 5 p.m., Friday, April 1.

In light of COVID-19, note that:

- the Professional Development Committee will adhere to the university's updated position on work-related travel for staff. Additionally, note that costs related to COVID-testing are not covered by the Professional Development fund.
- the fund does not cover equipment-related expenses, per article 10.12.b. If you are in need of office equipment to optimize your work-from-home situation, this is a matter to discuss your supervisor.
