Professional Development, Round 3
As of November 23, 2022, you may start applying for the third round of the CUPEU Professional Development Fund. The deadline for submissions is December 7, 2021 at 5 p.m. (this is firm).

We encourage eligible members to take this opportunity to apply. This is your chance to use up to $4,757.10 to develop your professional skills. Here's a quick list of what members have been approved for:

- online conferences / workshops / courses
- books / magazine subscriptions / software
- membership / association dues
In light of COVID-19, note that:
|
- the Professional Development Committee will adhere to the university's updated position on work-related travel for staff. Additionally, note that costs related to COVID-testing are not covered by the Professional Development fund.
- the fund does not cover equipment-related expenses, per article 10.12.b. If you are in need of office equipment to optimize your work-from-home situation, this is a matter to discuss your supervisor.
