Signed! The 2018-2021 Collective Agreement

CUPEU and Concordia University signed the 2018 – 2021 Collective Agreement last Tuesday, November 12, 2019. Here’s what this means for you:

  • changes from the ratified agreement will be reflected in the newest Collective Agreement
  • you’ll be earning the latest salary rates starting November 21, 2019
  • retroactive pay will be distributed on January 17, 2020
    • you can get a very rough estimate of your retroactive pay here (note that this does not include tax deductions)

If you know a former CUPEUer who worked at CU from January 2018 and has left since then, let them know that they should contact HR to claim their retroactive pay, per Article 39.03.
