The current collective agreement, which was amended on July 6, 2009, is composed of three separate documents. These are:

| Lettre d'entente, July 2009 | Amends Article 14 (Employment Security) and doubles the June 1 2007 pay increase to 4% | French English (Article 14 only) |
| Memoire d'entente, July 2009 | Extends the amended agreement to May 31, 2010, and incorporates pay increases in 2008 (4%) and 2009 (2%). | French |
The two documents signed in 2009 also eliminate some clauses that became irrelevant after the original Collective Agreement was implemented. All documents are available to download in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF). You may need to download the free Adobe Reader software to view the documents.
